Retiring Rep. Thaddeus McCotter, a former presidential hopeful, explored TV comedy writing during his time in office, according to a report out Thursday. McCotter wrote a pilot for a raunchy variety show in his free time after dropping his presidential bid last September,
according to The Detroit News. "Cathartic" is how McCotter described the process of writing "Bumper Sticker: Made in Motown," a variety show starring the congressman and various members of his staff making crude jokes about bodily functions, female anatomy and his own presidential campaign."
