After showing off his moves, DeLay told the blog, "I never ballroom danced. I thought they taught you to dance. They don't. They teach you routines." They write, “But he still picked up a few tricks. Former Oklahoma governor Frank Keating opening the bidding by announcing the "opportunity of a lifetime -- to dance with this stud." Two women in the audience gladly ponied up $2300 each for the charity.
