Well this is an unfortunate little nugget that Talking Points Memo dug up. In his response to the President's 2009 address to a join session of Congress, Louisiana Governor Bobby Jindal (who sounds strangely similar to Kenneth the Page) talks about the ridiculous things the Obama administration is spending taxpayers dollars on--like monitoring volcanoes.
