First it’s Karl Rove and now rapper Chris ‘Ludacris’ Bridges could come a knockin’ on your door if you still have not returned your census form. The rapper is scheduled to appear in a number of cities including Dallas, New Orleans, Orlando, New York and Atlanta, where he’ll be pounding the pavement on April 9 to get those who haven't yet, to fill out and return their form. Ludacris was in Washington, DC yesterday celeb-vocating his cause at Ben’s Chili Bowl. Like Rove, he was spotted filming a public service announcement for the U.S. Census Bureau. When asked why he decided to get involved, Ludacris told the AJC, “I plan to knock on doors in various neighborhoods around this country to try and dispel any myths about the Census. It’s important that we all stand up and be counted so we can help create potential financial opportunities for our dying communities.”
