Continuing with the karaoke theme this week, a video of a Hawaii State Congressman rapping on the Statehouse floor is making its way around the internet. Congressman Tom Brower was asked to deliver the invocation prior to the start of the House session. Rather than deliver traditional remarks, decided he would break it down instead. (I’m pretty sure he got his inspiration from Yung Joc on this one). According to one blog, the Congressman is known for delivering ‘colorful’ invocations towards the end of session. At the end of his performance, he makes sure he tells the kids watching to “please stay in school.”
