For those you you unfamiliar with him, Julio Osegueda was the very enthusiastic twenty year old who came onto the scene February 2009 during a town hall in Fort Myers, Florida with President Obama. It was about a year ago the McDonald's employee asked the President what the stimulus would do for him. Let's see how's he's doing today.
